Call for Papers
We solicit submissions of original research papers on all aspects of computational biology. Topics include, but are not limited to:
- Molecular sequence analysis
- Genomics and genetics
- Molecular evolution and phylogenetics
- Protein structure and proteomics
- Gene regulation and transcription networks
- Bioimage informatics
- System biology and metabolic networks
Proceedings
Accepted papers will be published by Springer-Verlag in the Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics (LNBI) series. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions to the Journal of Computational Biology.
