Cancellations must be received in writing to RECOMB at 4602 Finsen Avenue, San Diego, CA 92122, e-mail
exhibitsREC04@sdsc.edu or fax +1-858-623-0050. A full refund less US$100 administration fee if cancellation received prior to January 16, 2004. 50% refund if cancellation received between January 15 and March 15. No refund after March 15, 2004.
