Please note: the online registration system is closed for new registrations as of April 2nd. From now on, you will be able to register on-site, for the same price as the late registration. While we will do our best to provide full service to on-site registered participants, we cannot guarantee the availability of lunch and dinner tickets to on-site registrants for the day of arrival.

Please note that student registration fee includes entrance to the conference venue, coffee breaks and lunches, the abstracts booklet, and the proceedings in a pdf format on a USB stick. The full registration fee additionally includes the ticket to conference dinner. Participants wishing to purchase proceedings in a printed form or additional tickets to conference dinner, should do so through the registration form. We will be selling the remaining printed books and dinner tickets at the conference registration desk, but we cannot assure the availability of these items if you do not order at the time of registration.

Please note that student and ful registration fee for Satelite Workshops includes entrance to the conference venue, the abstracts booklet, coffee breaks (without lunches) and the ticket to conference dinner.

The registration can be performed through the dedicated registration system operated by GlobalWings. After entering your personal information you can either pay by credit card or by bank transfer. The choices you make can be modified after logging in to the registration system until the payment is made. The registration is considered valid only after the payment is received, in particular, to be eligible for early registration discount, one has to pay before March 4th. Payments of conference fee and payments for the hotels are possible by bank transfer (see below) or by credit card using your personal account in on-line registration system. Cancellation policy: A written request for a refund must be received by the meeting secretariat: karolina.turlej@globalwings.pl. Refunds are subject to a processing fee. Registration fee’s cancelation policy: before February 15th, 2015 – full reimbursement; after February 15th, 2015 – no reimbursement.
