Registration Details
Registration for RECOMB 2026 and the Satellite Meetings will be conducted through our website. Payment may be made via credit card or bank transfer. Your registration will be considered complete only once the payment is successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email.

The registration fees for RECOMB 2026 cover access to all sessions and panels for the respective conference, gala dinner (Academic & Industry), lunch on all conference days, and refreshments during coffee breaks and poster sessions. The fees are in EUR.
Satellite registrants may attend any satellite session of their choice. However, we request that attendees indicate their preferred main satellite on the registration form, which will assist us in assigning an appropriately sized conference room for each satellite event.
Please note that the gala dinner is not included in the Postdoc and Student registration fees; however, tickets for the gala dinner may be purchased separately.
The late online registration deadline is 22 May 2026. Online registration will not be available after this date.
Registrants may log into their account to change or update their registration details. For cancellations or modifications to the chosen ticket type, please contact admin@iscb.org.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the RECOMB 2026 Registration Management at admin@iscb.org. Cancellations received by 6 May 2026, 23:59 (AoE) will be eligible for a refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 6 May 2026, 23:59 (AoE). Refunds will also not be provided for unused portions of the registration.
Refunds will be processed in the same currency and using the same payment method as the original transaction. Credit card refunds will be returned to the card used for payment. Refunds for wire transfers will be sent back to the originating bank account and will be processed after the conclusion of RECOMB 2026.
Individuals are solely responsible for making and cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. Please remember that cancelling or changing your registration will not automatically cancel or change any hotel and travel arrangements you may have made. RECOMB 2026 takes no responsibility for any damages, costs, or losses, should you cancel or change your conference registration, or should RECOMB 2026 be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers.

Registration Fees
Below are the early registration rates for RECOMB 2026 and the Satellite Meetings. Please note that members of ISCB and Hellenic Bioinformatics receive a 15% discount. ISCB membership can be added during the RECOMB 2026 registration process.

Early Registration:
The Early Registration Deadline is 15 April 2026. After this deadline, all prices will be increased by 20%.
