10:35 a.m. – Lisa Gai, Serghei Mangul, Eun Yong Kang, Susana Eyheramendy and Eleazar Eskin. Accounting for linkage disequilibrium when estimating the contribution of a genomic region.

3.45 p.m. – Michael Bilow, Eleazar Eskin and Susana Eyheramendy. Simultaneous modeling of disease status and clinical phenotypes to increase power in GWAS.

4.10 p.m. -Ricardo Del Rosario, Jeremie Poschmann, Sigrid Rouam, Eileen Png, Chiea Chuen Khor, Hibberd Martin and Shyam Prabhakar. Sensitive detection of chromatin-altering polymorphisms reveals autoimmune disease mechanisms.

4.35 p.m. – Dan He. MUSE: a Multi-locus Sampling-based Epistasis Algorithm for Quantitative Genetic Trait Prediction.
