The main conference will be held in the ballroom of the San Diego Marriott La Jolla, while the four of the Satellite conferences (RECOMB-CCB, RECOMB-CG, RECOMB-Genetics, RECOMB-Seq) will be held on the UCSD campus.

The Marriott is connected to UCSD as well as nearby attractions through the Trolley System, and is also the preferred hotel for those four Satellite conferences. They are providing a special group rate ($199+tax) for conference participants, available between May 21st night through May 24th night. We are working with the hotel to add more rooms on other nights. NOTE: RECOMB-BE is a virtual conference and does not require a hotel. The USC QCB (Waterman @ 80) conference is in Los Angeles, not La Jolla; see their website for lodging information. If you are attending the USC conference as well as RECOMB, you will need separate hotel reservations in Los Angeles and La Jolla.
